Wouldn’t it be cool if all the designer clothes you wanted were actually affordable? Target makes this possible! With its pioneering GO International program, the discount chain makes brand-name designer fashions available at low prices. In the past designers like Proenza Schouler, Anna Sui, and Alice Temperley have created limited-edition collections for the program. And the collections have always sold out within days!

The latest designers to join the team are Kate and Laura Mulleavy of Rodarte. The sisters are known for their whimsical and avant-garde designs that are featured nearly every month in the pages of magazines like Vogue and Elle. Since debuting their line in 2005, they’ve taken the fashion world by storm, garnering coveted accolades like the 2009 CFDA Womenswear Designer of the Year Award — a major honor in the industry.

Their 55-piece collection for Target is true to their style sensibility, featuring feminine yet edgy items like a leopard print belt with a bow and a black skeleton-print sequin dress (pictured). Skeletons and sequins? Yes, please!

The collection also features cute slip dresses, lacy tights, frilly skirts, and delicate cardigans. But the best part is that the prices range from $9.99 to $79.99, and most of the dresses are under $40. It’s like a dream come true!

The Rodarte for Target collection launches December 20 at all Target stores and target.com. Sometimes the pieces arrive a few days early so if I were you, I’d run to the nearest Target today after school. See you there!
